This senior executive position is the chief operations officer for the company. This position provides overall operations management of the company including network management, credentialing, customer service, grievances, community outreach, and information technology and system configuration. This position is also responsible for managing outsourced administrative services including claims, provider database and the pharmacy benefit manager. This position works with a wide range of internal and external people including the Board of Directors, regulators (including TDI and HHSC), providers, community leaders, affiliated organizations and internal staff.
